Interested in Helping Out?

Come to a meeting!

Meetings are bi-weekly at Liquid State in downtown Ithaca at 5:00pm. Our next meetings in-person are on:  March 29th, April 12th and April 26th.

Come to a phone banking party! Our next phone banking party will be announced soon. Email icisunions@gmail.com for details.

For Union Members (Part-Time or Contingent Full-Time Faculty):

  • Join our union committee! You can contribute as little or as much time as you're able, and your participation will make a big difference in making our union stronger and more effective. We ARE our union. This means our union's strength is directly proportional to our participation in it.

Email us (icisunions@gmail.com)
for details on our next meeting,

or to learn how you can help.

If you can't make a regular commitment, email us anyway -- there are many ways you can contribute and make a difference! We'd love to hear from you.

For Non-Union IC Faculty (Tenure-Track or NTEN Faculty):

For Students:

  • Get involved with your fellow IC student labor activists to fight against worker exploitation on the Ithaca College campus. Join with other students to start a student org dedicated to workers' rights. Not sure where to start? Email us for help, or find inspiration from recent student leader activists

For Community Members in the Wider Ithaca Area:

  • Labor issues and workers' rights affect everyone!
If you care about workers in our area, whether in higher ed, at Starbucks, or folks working at other local institutions and businesses, become a member of the Tompkins County Workers Center.
